1. How Our Service Works

TopBuilders makes it easy to connect with skilled contractors for your project. When you submit a request for an estimate through our website, we’ll also give you the option to connect with a local head contractor who will then reach out to discuss your project directly.

2. Independent Head Contractors
​
We help connect you with professionals, but TopBuilders itself does not provide construction services. Once we introduce you to a head contractor, any agreements, payments, and project details are handled directly between you and them.

Since the contractor is an independent business, we can’t guarantee their work, timelines, or pricing. However, we aim to work with experienced and reliable professionals and have strict verification, acceptance and feedback policies. If you ever have concerns, let us know—we value all feedback!

3. Protecting Your Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your details will only be shared with a contractor for the purpose of helping you get your project started. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.

4. How We We Make Our Money
​
Most builders use a simple non-branded gmail for their email, let alone have a website. TopBuilders supplies head contractors with marketing and promotional services and assist them in developing their own assets. This does not affect the price you agree upon with your contractor.

5. No Guarantees & Liability Limits
​
While we do our best to connect you with great contractors, TopBuilders is not responsible for any issues that may arise during your project. While we do request project feedback, we do not oversee or control the work done by contractors, so any concerns should be addressed directly with them.

By using our service, you agree that TopBuilders is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or issues related to your project.

6. Keeping Things Fair

We trust our contractors to act professionally, and we expect the same from users of our platform. If there are ever any problems, please reach out—we’re happy to help however we can.
